Shipping & Customs
Ownership of products transfers to the buyer upon dispatch. Luxvive Hair works with third-party logistics providers, and shipping risks pass to the buyer at that stage.
Some countries may require ID or other documents for customs clearance — it is your responsibility to provide accurate information.
Returns & Exchanges
Online purchases (excluding gifts) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Wigs that have been cut, washed, dyed, or altered are ineligible.
Free returns and exchanges are available within the United States upon request. Contact support@luxvivehair.com for a prepaid label.
Reviews & Submissions
Any comments, reviews, or content you submit to Luxvive Hair are non-confidential and may be used by us for promotional or operational purposes without compensation. By posting, you confirm you have the rights to such content.
Force Majeure
