What type of hair do you use?

All Luxvive Hair wigs are made from 100% raw hair, known for its natural look, durability, and premium quality. Our raw hair is sourced ethically and designed to give you the most authentic feel and styling versatility.

Are your wigs pre-plucked or do I need to customize them?

Our wigs come pre-plucked with a natural hairline to save you time and effort. You can wear them straight out of the box or customize further to your liking.

How long will my wig last?

With proper care, your Luxvive Hair wig can last up to 5 years. Longevity depends on how often you wear it and how well you maintain it.

Care & Maintenance

How should I wash and care for my wig?

Wash your wig every 10–15 wears or when product buildup is visible. Use lukewarm water, a gentle sulfate-free shampoo, and follow up with a moisturizing conditioner. Always air dry on a wig stand to maintain shape.

What products are safe to use on my wig?


Use sulfate-free shampoos, moisturizing conditioners, and heat protectants if styling with heat tools. Avoid heavy oils and alcohol-based products, as these can dry out the hair over time.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?


Yes — Luxvive Hair ships worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?


Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, we cannot change the shipping address for security and fraud-prevention reasons. Please double-check your details before placing your order.

How can I track my order?

How long does it take to dispatch my order?


We typically dispatch orders within 4–5 business days. If an item is out of stock, dispatch may take an additional 3–10 days. 

What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur during holidays, due to customs checks, or because of courier issues. We’ll keep you updated and work with the shipping company to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
