Luxvive Hair – Exchange-Only Policy
At Luxvive Hair, we take pride in offering premium-quality wigs that make you feel
confident and beautiful. We understand that shopping online can be tricky, so our goal is to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide an exchange service if your item
meets our exchange requirements.
Exchange Conditions
- We accept exchanges for unused and unworn items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be in their original condition — unwashed, uncut, unaltered, free from styling products, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering cannot be accepted.
- If your item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will
cover the return shipping cost. For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. - Exchanges are processed for items of the same value. If you’d like a different style or length with a price difference, we will send an invoice for the balance or credit your account accordingly.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
Contact Our Customer Care Team – Email us at support@luxvivehair.com with your
order number, reason for the exchange, and clear photos of the item.
Receive Exchange Authorization – Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return
address and detailed instructions.
Ship Your Item Back – Carefully package the item and send it to the provided address.
Please include your order number inside the package and send us the tracking number once shipped.
Receive Your Replacement – Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll send your
replacement wig within 3–5 business days.
